The project consists of the Cruise Terminal in the Province of Samaná. Its main objective is to allow the entry of cruise passengers from the Bay of Samaná.

Next to this, a public square for street vendors is located for leisure purposes that allows commerce in the place to be stimulated, a Marina where boats, both those of fishermen and private ones, can be moored and thus avoid dispersal in the natural resource. In addition, the rescue of the coastal front with the development of an entire commercial front arranged as a boardwalk and with great viewpoints to contemplate the native landscape, the Bay of Samaná.
