Block 01 is a family residence made up of 4 bedrooms, study, family room, living room, dining room and marquee. The concept used is the integration of the interior areas conceived as the same space, which through light visual elements such as furniture allows for the privacy of each area.

It has two patios, one where it complements the entire social area such as the kitchen, dining room and pool area and the second, the largest patio connects with the living room and the study, allowing a permeability of visual and physical connection between the interior and the outside.
