GENERAL GUIDE
Maintaining the design ethos of the practice, every project starts with the Strategy, each project begins with the survey of needs and existing condition, then each project is reviewed in all its different stages.
*Please note that no two projects are the same, the scope of work and complexity will impact the timeline, deliverables, and investment. Use the following workflow as an estimated guide to getting a sense of what working with us looks like.
01. PROPOSAL
After contacting us, we review your requirements and the project to be developed, and then proceed to provide a quote. Our team will customize a proposal that assesses your specific needs and the scope of the project.
02. ONBOARDING
Once the proposal is approved, we will set you up as a client, which includes your billing, agreements, and exclusive access to a client portal where you can navigate through the project's development.
03. WORKSHOP
We initiate most of our collaborations in the design strategy phase with a 1:1 online workshop where we facilitate a series of interactive exercises, such as mood boards and questions, to define the areas to be designed.
04. STRATEGY
In the two weeks following our initial workshop, we develop the first draft of the proposal and then create a strategy guide that provides practical steps to take your project from point A to B, including visual direction.
05. ZONIFICATION
The second phase begins with concept development based on the strategy phase, producing a cohesive system of spatial structures, experiences, sensations, and more, translated into plans and three-dimensional views.
06. PRESENTATION
Once the preliminary design is approved, we proceed to the final design and documentation of the architectural proposal for presentation purposes.
07. PROJECT
After the presentation is approved, we prepare a document with the final architectural plans, which essentially serve as the foundation for the project's construction purposes. We explain in detail, along with a 3D graphical representation, the proposed spaces.
08. OFFBOARDING
Once everything has been signed off, we package all of your files and upload them into your client portal.
09. SUPPORT
We offer consulting and support services to previous clients in case you need assistance with any future goals you may have for your architectural space.
